About
I’ve spent my life moving between creative forms — filmmaking, photography, sound, music, and voice — not as separate pursuits, but as different ways of exploring the same essential question: how creativity takes shape and why it matters.
Earlier in my career, much of my work centered on visual storytelling through filmmaking and high-resolution panoramic photography.
I learned what it means to stay with a place, a moment, or an idea long enough for something meaningful to emerge. Those experiences weren’t just about making images — instead, they taught me about presence, patience, and paying attention to the stories unfolding within the frame.
Over time, my interests expanded beyond the image itself to the people behind creative work. I became increasingly drawn to the lives of artists, inventors, and thinkers who began in uncertainty or adversity and went on to shape culture in lasting ways. What interested me most wasn’t recognition or success, but the inner qualities that allowed them to adapt, persist, and bring something original into the world.
That curiosity now finds its clearest expression in This Creative Journey, a podcast devoted to the human side of creativity. Through storytelling, music, and sound design, I explore how individual experience, imagination, and persistence come together — and how those same forces remain available to all of us, at any age.
How does creativity grow out of lived experience — out of what we’ve been given, endured, and imagined? And what might we discover when we begin to trust and engage more intentionally with our own creative instincts?
This Creative Journey is an invitation to explore those ideas together. You can find it in the main menu here on my website, or on all major podcast platforms. Thanks for listening.
